About Us
Established in 1944, the Texas Propane Gas Association (TPGA) is a nonprofit trade organization dedicated to serving the propane industry in Texas. Headquartered in Austin, TPGA aids its members through advocacy, support and keeping them informed.
Our membership is comprised of propane retail marketers, manufacturers, distributors, transporters ,and producers.

Since 2011, TPGA has fought to protect our Propane State Standardization Law and ensure fire marshals and code enforcement officials follow the letter of the law and do not adopt conflicting ordinances and permits.
